These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kelhis online store at kelhis-usa.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Riold LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Delaware.

By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS) or events beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

Returns and refunds

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Riold LLC or its licensors. Kelhis® is a registered trademark in the United States (Registration No. 6,529,023) and the European Union (Registration No. 018363665). You may not use our trademarks, brand name, or content without written permission.

Product use

FlexiStick is designed for use on standard needle-punched felt trunk carpets in passenger vehicles. It is not intended for use on rubber mats, plastic liners, or plush/velour carpets. We are not liable for results when the product is used outside its intended purpose or on incompatible surfaces.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
