Shipping rates
We ship worldwide. We dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to your location. We currently fulfill orders from our facilities in the United States, Germany, and Ukraine.
- Free shipping on all orders $45 and above
- Standard shipping (USPS): $4.99 flat rate for orders under $45
- Expedited shipping (UPS/FedEx): Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location
Shipping Zones and Estimated Delivery
United States
Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse and Amazon FBA warehouses.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $4.99
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 (1-2 business days)
- Expedited Shipping for Amazon Prime users: Free
- Orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping.
Europe and United Kingdom
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): €4.50 - €6.75 (depending on the country)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): €12.50
- Orders over €45 qualify for free standard shipping.
International (100+ countries)
Orders are dispatched from our facility in Ukraine.
- Standard International (8-19 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official local holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can also track your package on our Track Your Order page or directly on the USPS website.
Taxes and Duties
For customers in the US and EU, applicable taxes and VAT are included or calculated at checkout. Customers outside these regions are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees required by their country.
