Shipping rates
We currently ship within the United States. We offer standard delivery via USPS, as well as expedited options via UPS and FedEx.
- Free shipping on all orders $45 and above
- Standard shipping (USPS): $7.99 flat rate for orders under $45
- Expedited shipping (UPS/FedEx): Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard USPS delivery takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Expedited delivery times (UPS/FedEx) will be shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service conditions.
Order tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can also track your package on our Track Your Order page or directly on the USPS website.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. For updates, subscribe to our newsletter.
Return & Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your FlexiStick? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to return
- Email us at info@kelhis.com with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid USPS return label. Return shipping is on us.
- Pack the item in its original condition and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once we receive the return.
3-year surface safety guarantee
We guarantee that FlexiStick will not damage your trunk carpet under normal use. If it does, we will cover the repair or replacement of the affected area. This guarantee is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
To file a claim, email info@kelhis.com with photos of the damage and your order confirmation.
Damaged or defective items
If your FlexiStick arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at info@kelhis.com. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Want to swap your Standard for a Compact (or the other way around)? Email info@kelhis.com and we will arrange the exchange.
Non-returnable situations
We cannot accept returns for items that have been intentionally damaged or modified beyond normal use.
