Shipping rates

We ship to the United States and to all EU countries. We dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to your location: our US warehouse for the United States and our warehouse in Germany for the EU.

Shipping Zones and Estimated Delivery

United States
Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse and Amazon FBA warehouses.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $4.99
Expedited Shipping: $12.99 (1-2 business days)
Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): €4.50 in Germany, €6.75 in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
Express Shipping within Germany (1-2 business days): €12.50
Orders of €45 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

All other EU countries

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany.

International Shipping (8-19 business days): €19.99 or the fixed equivalent in your currency shown at checkout (for example 77 PLN or 199 SEK)

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official local holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package with the link in that email or directly on the carrier's website.

Taxes

For customers in the US and EU, applicable taxes and VAT are included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
